Broccoli and Stuffing Casserole

24 ounces fresh or frozen broccoli florets
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
1¼ cups shredded colby-jack cheese
1 6oz package dried cornbread stuffing mix
1 egg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Steam the broccoli for 5 minutes, do not over cook.

Combine all the ingredients, using 1 cup of the shredded cheese. Add the broccoli and stir gently. Turn the broccoli mixture into a 9"x13" in baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes.

Remove the dish from the oven. Sprinkle 1/4 cup shredded cheese over the broccoli and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve.
