French Toast

¼ cup Flour
1 cup Milk (2% or whole)
3 Large eggs
½ tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 Tbsp. Sugar
12 Slices of bread (thickly sliced)

Beat the eggs in a large mixing bowl. Add the milk. Sift in the flour. Add the cinnamon, sugar and vanilla. Stir briskly with a large whisk until combined.

Soak each slice of bread in the egg mixture until saturated. Drain the excess mixture over the bowl as you remove each slice.

Cook the slices of bread in a large frying pan or griddle over medium heat (about 325°) until golden brown, turning once. Serve immediately.
